Restructuring and growing a health & wellness Webflow site

Ydun is a women's health, wellness and performance brand (“The Ydun Method”), operating between Italy and the United Kingdom. The Webflow site already existed, but it had grown without a clear structure: confusing navigation, duplicate or unnecessary pages, inconsistent naming, and no multilingual setup despite the brand's expansion into the UK market. My role was never a one-off redesign, but a long-term maintenance and support partnership: growing the site at the brand's own pace, one intervention at a time.

A maintenance partnership, not a one-off project
Since January 2026, I have been supporting the Ydun team on a continuous basis. Every need, whether a restructure, a new page, a new section or a content update, is scoped, quoted and delivered separately, while staying consistent with the existing design system. This way of working lets a growing team move forward with confidence, without starting from scratch each time the site has to evolve.
Step 1: Bringing order back to the architecture
The first and most structural piece of work was to rebuild the site's architecture without rebuilding the site itself. I restructured and debugged the navigation bar (desktop and mobile), cleaned up the page tree by removing unnecessary and duplicate pages, and rationalized the naming of key pages (Method → Protocol, Membership → Assessment, Our Philosophy → About Us). Several pages were also reworked internally: the Protocol page was broken down into clearer, more readable blocks, and new team presentation blocks were added to About Us.

A site made fully bilingual (EN / IT)
To support the brand's international expansion, I set up the multilingual layer: activating the Webflow Localization plan, duplicating and structurally translating the pages, integrating the language switcher, and checking consistency between the English and Italian versions. I also walked the client through the system so the team could manage it independently.
Continuous delivery of new features
Over the months, the site has kept evolving: updated visuals on the Protocol page, a new homepage section explaining how training is personalized to each member's goals, new team profiles (including the UK General Manager), and the full development of a new “Women's Health” page: fully responsive, with light animations, connected to both the navigation and the homepage through a dedicated journey.
Technical SEO and quality control
Every intervention comes with a technical baseline: an initial SEO audit shared with the client, followed by optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, H1s, content structure), image loading optimization, and a round of responsive testing (desktop, tablet, mobile) before each release. A staging environment is systematically shared so changes can be validated before they go live.

Outcome
Ydun now has a reorganized, coherent and bilingual website that evolves at the same pace as the brand. What started as a clean-up job turned into a lasting maintenance and support relationship: a single, responsive point of contact, able to deliver regular improvements while preserving technical quality and design consistency.
